Strengthening of Governmental management

The aim of this service is to make a fundamental contribution to institutional quality public management efficiency through the establishment of a Management Integral System. This system operates through a Control Panel that allows for the follow up of different governmental initiatives (programs and projects) with views to objective accomplishments.

Also, the system allows for the promotion of strategic planning, establishing goals and identifying responsibilities when observing, in real time, the current progress of governmental management in an integral and balanced perspective.
