Ecolatina presents our Consumer Price Index (IPC- Índice de Precios al Consumidor). The Ecolatina IPC, which uses the same methodology used by the Argentine Federal Statistics Bureau (INDEC) until the end of 2006, measures the evolution of prices at different points of sale in both the City of Buenos Aires and in the Greater Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area based on our own polling and evaluation.

The IPC Ecolatina is prepared on the basis of objective data revealed jointly with Tomadato S.A., a leading price auditing firm. This partnership guarantees the integrity and consistency of the primary information that makes up the base of this index.
